The Long Table
Our seated supper club — one long table, a guest facilitator sharing their craft, and a menu worth dressing for. The closest thing to how a Florelle journey feels without leaving town.
Every way of being cared for, in one collective — a long table, a flower market, a golf lesson, a castle, a vineyard. An evening close to home, or a week somewhere extraordinary. Small circles, everything arranged, beautifully hosted. You arrive; we hold the rest.
Florelle Collective is for anyone who has earned the right to step away — to rest on their own terms, somewhere extraordinary at its peak, among people who simply understand. Movement, greens, coast, florals, the table, restoration — every register of care, held to one standard.
Florelle Collective — every way of being cared for
Start wherever you like. Most guests meet us over a long table in Minneapolis and travel with us a year later — but there's no order you're meant to follow.
Minneapolis. A room, a table, a craft shared, and people worth sitting beside.
Two this season → DaysA class to begin, one signature experience, a long lunch, something to take home. Arizona, Minnesota, Paris.
Three in 2027 → WeekendsA river inn, a Tuscan castle, a farmhouse in the vines, cabins on Lake Superior. Friday to Sunday.
Four in 2027 → JourneysScottsdale, Tuscany, Japan — timed to each place at its best, hosted start to finish.

A night to close the year together — friends, family, guests and the people we've worked with all year. Something good in your hand, a short toast, and the first look at 2027.
Whether the evening is for stillness or the week is for spectacle, everything we host is held to the same four standards — so you can simply arrive, and be looked after.
Eight to fifty guests depending on the evening, thoughtfully gathered — ambitious, independent, easy to be around. Whole-place buyouts where it matters, and discretion always.
We go when a place is at its most alive — autumn foliage in Japan, poppies in Tuscany, bloom season in the desert, the week the maples turn up north. Never the off note.
Private chefs, market mornings, the restaurants with no sign on the door. We eat — and drink — exactly where we are.
Some journeys are spa days and silence; others are front-row seats. You choose the intensity and the budget — we hold the standard either way.
The neon city, then a sword lesson in the old samurai town — Japan in its red-and-gold season. Seven nights, open to all.
Desert light, spa mornings, a golf lesson at golden hour. The founding retreat — a Women's Journey.
Five nights between Siena and Florence — olive groves, a pasta morning, and a long table under a pergola. Add the castle weekend before it.
The table is where strangers become the people you call first.
— On the third night, every time
Evenings, days and weekends are a single ticket. Journeys are arranged the slow, personal way — one conversation, then a deposit, then everything handled.
Tell us a little about yourself and what you're imagining — an evening, a destination, a season, or simply how you'd like to feel.
Within two days you hear from our founder personally — a short call to understand what you're seeking and answer everything.
A single ticket holds a seat at an evening, day or weekend. A $500 deposit holds a place on a journey. Balance schedules are set out plainly, in writing.
A personal itinerary, gentle packing notes, and a quiet pre-arrival ritual so you land already beginning to exhale.
Be met at the door and let the days carry you — and long after, the circle you met stays yours to keep.
An evening in Minneapolis. They're open to everyone, they're where the Collective actually lives, and they cost less than a nice dinner out. Days, weekends and journeys open from there — in whatever order suits you.
Everything on the Gatherings page is open to everyone. Among the journeys, Scottsdale and St. Moritz are Women's Journeys, reserved for women; Tuscany and Japan are open to all. No fitness experience or prerequisites, ever.
That's the point of the Collective. Days are shaped around the people in the room — swap the golf lesson for a spa afternoon, the hike for the pool, the tasting menu for something simpler. Tell your host once; it's handled.
Most guests do, the first time. Circles are kept small and thoughtfully gathered, seats are placed by hand, and the table does the rest. Arriving alone and leaving with your people is the Collective's oldest tradition.
Tickets for evenings, days and weekends are transferable any time — refundable up to fourteen days before a weekend, seven before an evening or day. Journey deposits are non-refundable but transferable; full terms are set out at reservation and in our Terms.
Share a little about you and what you're dreaming of. Our founder replies personally within two days — never with a brochure.
Dates, venues and seats reach the guest list before they're announced anywhere else — a short personal note from the studio, a few times a season, never more.
