Caring for people has always been my calling. Florelle Collective is how I pass that care on to you.

My path here began in service, and I'm grateful for every step of it. For more than eight years, I've worked as a personal assistant and private household manager to high- and ultra-high-net-worth families, traveling with them around the world and often serving as the right hand to mothers running a home, a family and a business at once. Those years taught me how the world's most beautiful homes really run: the thoughtful planning behind an easy week, and the small details that let someone finally exhale.

Along the way, I discovered that what I love most is care itself. Not just the schedule, but the whole person: rest for the body, room in the calendar, the energy in a room, even the flowers on the table. Florelle Collective is built on that belief. Care should be something you feel the moment you walk in, not a word in a brochure.

So that is what we offer: care that looks after you, and shows you how to keep looking after yourself. Your time, your values, your body, your energy. Every gathering is tailored, never templated. A morning of movement, a golf lesson, an afternoon on the beach, a long table, a floral workshop on select gatherings. Whatever the day calls for, shaped around the people in the room. Many journeys are Women's Journeys, and a growing number are open to everyone, co-hosted with facilitators we trust.

I host every gathering and journey myself, from the first hello to the final goodbye. It's my name on the week and my seat at the table, so you can rest knowing someone is taking care of everything. What I hope you take home is a little more of yourself, and a few new people you'll call first.

What she brings to every circle.

Four things Maryrose holds to on every gathering and journey — learned in years of service, not promised in a pitch.

01 — Service

The art of effortless

Years as a personal assistant and household manager in high- and ultra-high-net-worth homes taught her how effortless is made. She holds every venue, every detail and every evening to that standard.

02 — Restore

Body, time & energy

Every gathering gives something back: rest for the body, space in your calendar, and energy you carry home, along with simple ways to keep it going long after you leave.

03 — Tailored

Shaped around you

No two gatherings follow the same script. Each day is built around the people in the room, from the pace to the table, and gently adjusted to what you need.

04 — Presence

Always there

Maryrose hosts every gathering and journey herself, from the first hello to the last goodbye. Your care is never handed off.

On safety, plainly

Travelling well shouldn't require bravery.

It should require a good host. Every house, hotel and estate is vetted before a single guest is invited, and every detail is confirmed with the property in advance. Privacy and security are designed into every Florelle gathering and journey from the first booking — quietly, thoroughly, and without ever making the week feel guarded.
