Discretion is a core value of the Collective — for your evenings with us, and for your data. Here is what we collect, why, and what we will never do with it.

1. What we collect
- What you give us: name, email, and anything you share through the inquiry form, event booking, or by email — including preferences, dietary needs, and accessibility or health notes you choose to disclose so we can host you well.
- Bookings and payments: handled by established payment processors (such as Stripe or the checkout provider shown at purchase). We never see or store your full card number.
- Website basics: our hosting provider collects standard technical logs. We do not run advertising trackers.
2. How we use it
- To arrange and host your gatherings and journeys — the entire point.
- To reply to you, and to send updates about the Collective if you've joined our list. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, honored immediately.
- To tailor experiences: preferences and needs you share travel only to the people who must know (your host, a chef for allergies, a venue for access), and only as needed.
3. What we never do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone for their marketing. Health and accessibility notes are treated with extra care, used solely to look after you, and deleted when no longer needed.
4. Photography
Events may be photographed for our records and channels, as described in our Terms. Tell your host if you prefer not to appear, and contact us any time to have an image of you taken down — we honor those requests promptly.
5. Sharing with providers
Trusted providers help us operate — hosting, payments, email, and the venues and partners delivering your experience. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
6. Retention & your rights
We keep booking records as long as needed for the relationship and our legal obligations, then delete them. You may ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we must keep by law). Write to info@florellecollective.com — a person answers.
7. Adults only
Our offerings and website are directed to adults 18 and over; we do not knowingly collect information from children.
