Good to know

Questions, answered.

Everything guests usually ask before their first Gathering or Journey. Anything else — write to info@florellecollective.com and a person, not a bot, replies.

The Collective

What is Florelle Collective?

A wellness collective built around tailored care, at four scales: Evenings in Minneapolis, one-day Days somewhere worth the trip, two-night Weekends, and small-group Journeys of four to seven nights. All hosted personally by our founder, all held to one standard.

How do I join?

Come to a Gathering — everything we host is open booking, no membership required. This season: The Long Table in November ($185) and The Year-End Gathering on December 20 ($125). Join the guest list to hear dates, venues and seats first.

Who can attend?

Every evening, day and weekend is open to everyone. Among the journeys, Scottsdale and St. Moritz are Women's Journeys, reserved for women; Tuscany and Japan are open to all. No fitness level, experience, or prerequisites required.

Evenings, Days & Weekends

Is there a dress code?

We dress for the table — polished, comfortable, yours. Each invitation notes the evening's mood; movement gatherings say so plainly, and The Long Table is worth dressing up for.

Can I bring people?

Please do — especially to The Year-End Gathering on December 20, which is exactly the evening for it. Say how many in the form and we'll seat you together. Weekends and journeys work the same way; groups of five or more can also take a private departure.

Can I come alone?

Most guests do, the first time. Circles are small and thoughtfully gathered, seats are arranged with care, and the table does the rest.

Can I get a refund if I can't attend?

Tickets are transferable to another guest at any time. Refunds are available up to fourteen days before a weekend and seven days before an evening or day; inside that window your ticket converts to credit valid for twelve months toward anything we host. Full detail in our Terms.

What's the difference between a Day, a Weekend and a Journey?

An Evening is one night in Minneapolis, $125–185. A Day is nine to six somewhere worth the trip, from $175. A Weekend is two nights in considered lodging, from $425. A Journey is four to seven nights, fully hosted, from $2,400 with a $500 deposit. Everything but a journey is a single ticket — no deposit schedule, no call required.

When exactly are the 2027 dates?

Each is shown by season until its venue is signed. Request a seat and you're first to hear the date, with no commitment until you confirm. Where we can, a weekend is planned to sit right beside a journey in the same region — Tuscany is the first — so one flight covers both.

Can I combine a weekend with a journey?

Yes, and it's the best value on the site. Pilates in a Castle runs the two nights immediately before The Tuscan Journey, in the same region — book both and it's one continuous week in Italy, one flight, one transfer, at a combined rate of $4,200 rather than $4,375. Our Scottsdale Day falls inside the Scottsdale journey window too, and journey guests join it at no extra cost. More pairings like this are planned for 2027.

Journeys

How does booking work?

A $500 deposit reserves your seat, with the balance due on the schedule set out at booking. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to another guest. If we ever cancel a journey, you receive a full refund of everything paid to us.

How tailored is "tailored"?

Genuinely. The published itinerary is the spine, not the script — swap the golf lesson for the spa, sit out the hike, ask for a quieter table. Dietary needs, accessibility, and preferences are gathered before departure and handled without fuss.

What's included in the price?

Each journey page lists inclusions precisely — accommodation, listed meals and experiences, ground transfers, and your host throughout. International airfare is not included unless stated. Travel insurance is strongly recommended and required for international journeys.

What are co-hosted journeys?

Journeys created with a guest facilitator — a teacher, practitioner, or expert who leads their craft within the trip while we hold the hosting standard. They're open to everyone, and they're where the Collective grows. Interested in co-hosting? Choose "Co-hosting a journey" on the inquiry form.

Are journeys physically demanding?

No. Movement is always invitational — every active moment has a restful parallel, and nothing is required. If you have a health condition that needs consideration, tell us at booking and consult your physician; we plan around you, but we don't provide medical advice.

Practical

Where are you based?

Minneapolis, USA — evenings are in the Twin Cities, and days, weekends and journeys depart from there and worldwide. Studio visits by appointment. Follow along at @florelle.collective.

How do I reach you?

info@florellecollective.com, or the inquiry form. We reply personally within two days.

Will there be photography at events?

Yes — our gatherings and journeys are photographed for the Collective's records and channels. If you'd rather not appear, tell your host on arrival and it's quietly handled. Details in our Privacy Policy and Terms.

The guest list

Hear about each gathering first.

Dates, venues and seats reach the guest list before they're announced anywhere else — a short personal note from the studio, a few times a season, never more.
