I've spent my working life inside other people's beautiful trips. Florelle Collective is the one I built for you.
My path here wasn't a travel agency — it was service. For years I worked as a personal assistant and house manager to high-net-worth families, running their households and their travel as they moved between continents: South Africa, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Greece, Mexico, the British Virgin Islands, sometimes two months at a stretch. I learned how the world's best houses actually run — the quiet logistics behind an effortless week — and exactly what it takes for a guest to truly exhale in one.
Somewhere in those years, the work became about care itself and never turned back. I trained as a professional florist — the name Florelle carries that — and built the Collective on the belief that care should be something you can feel the moment you walk in, not a word in a brochure.
That is what the Collective stands for: everything tailored, nothing templated. A morning of movement, a golf lesson, an afternoon on the beach, a flower evening, a long table — whatever the day calls for, shaped around the people in the room. Many journeys are held as Women's Journeys; a growing number are open to everyone, co-hosted with facilitators we trust.
And I host every journey personally. It's my name on the week and my seat at the table — and what I hope you leave with is the thing I've watched happen on every trip: strangers becoming the people you call first.

Nothing is offered unseen. Every house, hotel and estate passes the same five checks — done in person, by Maryrose, before a single guest is invited.
She stays first
Maryrose sleeps there, eats there and uses the spa herself before any circle does. If it doesn't pass her own night, it's out.

Menus eaten, chefs met, allergies and preferences tested in practice — not promised over email.
