1. Who we are

"Florelle Collective," "we," and "us" means Florelle Collective LLC, a limited liability company based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA. By purchasing a gathering ticket or journey, or by using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Evenings, Days & Weekends

• Tickets are personal but freely transferable to another guest at any time — just tell us the new name.
• Refunds are available up to fourteen (14) days before a two-night weekend, and up to seven (7) days before an evening or single day. Inside that window, your ticket converts to a credit valid for twelve months toward anything we host.
• If we cancel or materially reschedule, you may choose a full refund or a credit.
• Venues and facilitators are confirmed after tickets go on sale and are announced to ticket holders first; programming may be adjusted, and material changes are always communicated. The published price is the price you pay.

3. Journeys (retreats & trips)

• A $500 deposit reserves your place on a journey. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to another eligible guest. If Florelle Collective cancels a journey, all amounts paid to us are refunded in full.
• The balance is due on the schedule stated at booking. Seats unpaid at the balance deadline may be released, with the deposit forfeited.
• Cancellation by you: more than 90 days before departure, amounts paid beyond the deposit are refunded; 90 days or fewer before departure, payments are non-refundable but your seat may be transferred to another eligible guest.
• Cancellation by us: you receive a full refund of all amounts paid to Florelle Collective. We are not responsible for third-party costs such as airfare.
• International airfare is not included unless expressly stated. Valid travel documents are your responsibility.
• Travel insurance covering cancellation, medical care, and evacuation is strongly recommended for all journeys and required for international journeys.
• Itineraries are representative; venues, timing, and experiences may be adjusted to weather, availability, and the group, always to an equivalent or better standard.
• Journeys designated "Women's Journey" are reserved for women guests; other offerings are open to all.

4. Health, participation & assumption of risk

Our gatherings and journeys may include physical activity — movement classes, hikes, golf, swimming, spa and bathing facilities. All activity is voluntary and invitational; nothing is required of you. You are responsible for knowing your own health and limits and for consulting a physician where appropriate. Nothing we offer is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. By participating you accept the ordinary risks of the activities you choose to join, and you agree to follow venue rules and reasonable instructions of hosts, facilitators, and guides. Please disclose relevant health conditions, dietary needs, and accessibility requirements at booking so we can plan around you.

5. Photography & media

Gatherings and journeys are photographed and occasionally filmed for the Collective's records, website, and social channels. By attending you consent to reasonable use of images in which you appear. If you prefer not to be photographed, tell your host at arrival — we will accommodate you discreetly and edit accordingly on request.

6. Conduct

The Collective runs on care and discretion. We may decline or remove any guest whose conduct endangers or substantially disrupts others, without refund for the affected event. What is shared in the circle stays in the circle: guests agree not to publicly identify other guests without their consent.

7. Third parties

Hotels, venues, carriers, instructors, and other suppliers are independent providers. We select them with care, but they are responsible for their own services, and your contract for those services may be directly with them.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Florelle Collective's total liability for any claim arising from an event, journey, or this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the offering giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for events beyond our reasonable control (weather, governmental action, supplier failure, force majeure); in such cases we will work in good faith to reschedule, credit, or refund as these terms provide.

9. Intellectual property

The Florelle Collective name, marks, and the content of this site are ours. Please don't reuse them commercially without written permission.

10. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; the version posted at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
